February is naturally the month of LOVE ๐Ÿ’• My most favourite centre, the heart centre. This month through our Yoga Practise we will embody different forms related to these high level emotions of the Heart. Gratitude, self love, forgiveness, self worth ๐ŸŽ‰ Join us to see how these focuses can be experiences to your physical, mental and spiritual healing.

You can attend this themed series of 4 classes, or just one off ones.

Each class will include - Meditation, Breath work, Gentle Vinyasa/Movement & optional journaling.

Movement - Vinyasa part of the class is movement flowing with your breath, sometimes we go slower sometimes faster. I am guided intuitively based on how we all feel in the class to create a flow that suits us all. It is open to you if you are an experienced Yogi looking for more than just movement, and for you if you are just beginning your journey with movement.

*COVID regulations will be updated closer to the date of the class.
*Doors to the studio will close promptly at 19:30, please come early to get yourself settled in for a prompt start without rushing.
*Please bring with you a journal for the optional journaling at the end of the class.
