60 minute session of meditation, movement, breath work & relaxation.

Please dress warm, bring a yoga mat & a blanket. AND of course a smile ๐Ÿ˜€

Location: Ost Park - we meet at the entrance to the beer garden, right by the lake, we will then go into the park together to find out yoga spot. I will send you the exact meeting location via WhatsApp - please make sure you have your number in your account so I can message you.

Time: Meeting at 09:00 to walk up to our spot, yoga starts at 09:15. No late arrivals.
