Description
A class, a practise, movement - journey within. Through strengthening our bodies, helping them balance with flexibility as well as connecting to your soul and gentleness through meditation, you can reach a point of comfort in movement, in stillness and in silence.

This is a yoga class, but it isn't JUST a yoga class. In each class we move, we breathe, we connect and we explore. Join us to strengthen and expand the body, but also to find comfort and warmth within your heart space.

Join for 6 sessions or just drop in to one - choose what suits you best.
If there are a couple of sessions you cannot join in this 6 week period, just let me know and we can find a way to move your class pass to a different session.

5 sessions bundle - €15.80 per session (€79)
1 session drop in - €18.80 per session

The Movement - Vinyasa part of the class is movement flowing with your breath, sometimes we go slower sometimes faster. I am guided intuitively based on how we all feel in the class to create a flow that suits us all. It is open to you if you are an experienced Yogi looking for more than just movement, and for you if you are just beginning your journey with movement.

*Doors to the studio will close promptly at 19:30, please come earlier to get yourself settled in for a prompt start without rushing.
*Please bring with you a journal for the optional journaling at the end of the class.
*Wear comfortable clothing for movement, there are changing rooms and toilets in the studio, you can also bring a bottle of water with you.
