I'm Paulina ✨ Wellbeing Guide + Yoga Teacher Calling BS on Bubble Baths 🛀🏻 Here to guide you into REAL Self Care and Stress Reduction for High Achieving People Pleasers With classes you see on here but also an Online Wellbeing membership: starting from €47/month. Why should you trust me? Because I've been where you are: 💁‍♀️ I've thrived in the corporate race, loving my job and excelling under pressure. 💁‍♀️ I was known as the person who always had it together, even when I felt lost inside. 💁‍♀️ I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at 18, a challenge I turned into a blessing. 💁‍♀️ I've done the work myself and transformed my life. Now, I've hosted over 5 retreats, supported over 1000 women, and built a community from scratch in a country I knew nothing about. My approach is based on Yoga Therapy, working with the breath, somatically with trauma informed practises. You're in the right place for some all round self care and well-being. 💪
Description
What do I wear? Socks, bare feet, shoes? How early is too early to arrive? Can I do my own thing? Should I wear perfume or deodorant?

Let’s have a chat, no matter if you’re new to yoga, or been attending for a while. If your first yoga class is approaching, it can be intimidating at first not really knowing what to expect, this chat will help you feel more at ease about this. And if you have been attending for a while, then a refresher on some etiquette won’t do you any harm, as sometimes when we get too comfortable we forget the initial guidelines. Etiquette is there to allow everyone to feel safe, comfortable and at easy in their yoga practise, whether it be an online, or in person class.

In this chat you will learn about some key yoga etiquette points, why they are there. We will also have time to talk about them, ask questions, give real examples and share from our own experiences. Join with a cup of tea, take a comfy seat and let’s chat about Yoga Etiquette.

Sunday 19th of June - 19:30pm - 1 hour chat, with an open ending.
Free, relaxed evening chat to learn, connect and enjoy.
No recording to allow us to be fully present, no late entry.

In order to register you first need to create your account on Momoyoga, then go back to this class and register. You will receive an email confirmation once you’ve done that 🤍
