💁♀️ I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at 18, a challenge I turned into a blessing.
💁♀️ I've done the work myself and transformed my life. Now, I've hosted over 5 retreats, supported over 1000 women, and built a community from scratch in a country I knew nothing about.
My approach is based on Yoga Therapy, working with the breath, somatically with trauma informed practises.

One day, low commitment getaway for even the busiest of people. One day, but so recharging, transforming and rejuvenating. 🌸
Clear the mind, cleanse the body, create more balance in your life. The ultimate rest 🌼
Isn't it time for you to take care of yourself?
What you can expect:
- a day for yourself, where I take care of you fully
- yoga session to shift stuck energy and stiffness out the body
- pranayama (breathing technique) to purify and calm
- meditation to drop into the heart
- connection to nature all around
- opportunity to meet open-minded people
- and most importantly, a day where you choose what is best for you
weather depended: fire circle
PLUS Cacao Ceremony might be happening. Those attending will play a big role in deciding what we focus on during the day.
AND - the above might change and shift, depending who will be attending.
Small group of 9 of us, fully taken care of, you just arrive and relax.
What is provided?
- nourishing vegetarian food (with any allergies taken into account)
- all day at a magical yurt immersion in nature
- all sessions and practises
Experience spiritual wellness through yoga, meditation, nature, connection, and fun!

- a very luxurious compost toilet and washing station outside is onsite.
