After a firery core focused July, the heat & business of the summer, letโ€™s turn it down a bit to welcome in expansion, coolness & slowness. This doesnโ€™t mean you wonโ€™t strengthen the body, it means youโ€™ll create strength and flexibility through mellow expansion ๐ŸŒŒ๐ŸŒฑ

Through slow and mindful movements, we'll create space and openness in the physical body. ๐ŸŒ„๐Ÿ’• Gentle stretches will guide us into a state of relaxation and ease, allowing us to release tension and stress. ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ๐Ÿ’†โ€โ™€๏ธ Embracing the mellow flow, we will discover the beauty of expanding our physical capabilities while respecting our body's limits. ๐Ÿž๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช

Join us for an immersive experience where movement, meditation, and pranayama intertwine to nurture not only your physical well-being but also your mind and spirit. At the end of each class, bring along your journal for a moment of self-reflection, and if you wish, stay afterwards to connect with like-minded individuals over a cup of tea, gradually transitioning back to the reality after a soothing shavasana.

Our classes offer a harmonious blend of Vinyasa and Therapeutic yoga, providing a comprehensive approach to your practice. While attending all the classes this month ensures a deeper impact, even a single session will begin to create noticeable shifts.

No matter your level of experience, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you're warmly welcomed to join in.

ALL YOGA MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED. mat, blocks, bolster, belt, blanket, eye pillow.

In our class you decide if you give consent to touch adjustments or not through a Consent Woodie that you can always turn to say Yes or No. Your wish will always be respected.

Please arrive early, bring a journal and water bottle, wear comfortable clothing. Tie your hair up, remove any jewellery and definitely turn off your phones or smart watches. Give yourself these 60minuted to simply be fully present.

Doors close at 19:00. No more entrance after this time.

To register for this class you first need to create an account on here, on Momoyoga, then you need to go back to register for this class specifically where you will be prompted to purchase a class pass (product), after purchasing it you need to register with it for this session.
