What is a Soul Circle?
A heart-led monthly gathering where you can freely express yourself in a safe and judgment-free space. It's a journey of exploration, learning, self-discovery, and authentic connection. Join us to experience the joy of being truly and deeply yourself. ๐
Imagine sitting in a circle, surrounded by warmth and love. This cozy environment creates the perfect atmosphere for self-discovery, self-love, and care.
In the Soul Circle, you will have the opportunity to engage in various activities, including circle sharing, meditation, journaling, and practicing different themes each month. It's a safe haven where you can embrace your authenticity and be fully yourself.
Why Relax & Restore?
As we all know, summer can get pretty hectic with a whirlwind of activities, events, and travels. While they bring us joy, it's equally important to embrace slowness and restoration to fully integrate all that joy into our lives, right? ๐๐ค
During our Restore & Relax circle, we'll create a serene atmosphere where you can unwind and nourish your Body, Mind, and Soul. We'll be indulging in various practices, including:

๐ธ Confidentiality: Everything shared within the Soul Circle must remain within the sacred space and should not be discussed outside of our gathering.
๐ผ Speak from the heart: Express yourself authentically without seeking answers from others. Your words need not be comprehensible to anyone but yourself, as the intention is to speak from a place of truth rather than seeking understanding from others.
๐ธ Share from your own perspective: Use "I" statements to express your opinions, beliefs, and experiences, taking ownership of your unique point of view.
๐ผ Share when called to: Only contribute and share when you genuinely feel the inner calling to do so. You are in complete control of your participation and should never feel obligated.
๐ธ Listen from the heart: Listen attentively, without judgment, interruption, or offering unsolicited advice. Let this be a time of presence and deep listening.
Remember, this sacred space is dedicated to your personal self-discovery. Soul Circles are gatherings where souls unite to listen, support, and simply be. Free from judgment, expectations, or assumptions, we come together to create an environment of trust and acceptance.
Please honor the start time and be punctual to respect the schedule. The gate doors will be closed promptly at 18:30 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all attendees. ๐ฉต
About the space:
- The location doesn't have electricity inside, as it is a beautiful yurt.
- Compost toilet facilities outside are available
- Wear comfortable clothes to sit and lay in
- 18:30 until approximately 21:00
To register for this class you first need to create an account on here, on Momoyoga, then you need to go back to register for this class specifically where you will be prompted to purchase a class pass (product).
