Why 'to Empower'?
A few years ago, I stumbled upon this magical plant medicine by chance, but now I know it was meant to be.

As I delved deeper into the world of Ceremonial Cacao, I discovered a profound connection to its culture, its impact on communities, and its role in our world. I embarked on a journey of studying and learning, exploring different schools until I found myself at the Mayan Wisdom Project. This incredible community and collaboration directly taught by Mayan spiritual leaders, sharing their culture, beliefs, and their deep relationship with cacao.

In the embrace of their culture, my heart and mind found a true sense of belonging. I resonated and connected deeply. Now, I have the privilege of sharing my knowledge and love for Ceremonial Cacao through these unique Cacao Ceremonies.

However, this series of gatherings will have a slight twist. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to find truly authentic cacao ceremonies in Munich, I have decided to offer these donation-based circles with the intention to EMPOWER you.

Welcome to our Ceremonial Cacao Circle!
This safe and nurturing space invites you to find stillness, listen to your heart, and be guided with love.

Join us for a morning of meditation, reflection, journaling, and connection. Starting the day with a cup of heart-opening plant medicine, we'll also incorporate gentle movements.

Experience joy, learning, and inspiration as we prepare and enjoy the cacao together in a ceremonial setting. Come as you are and embrace the magic of this transformative journey.

Why Ceremonial Cacao?
Cacao is not your ordinary cocoa or hot chocolate. It is a remarkable medicine that opens the heart. Packed with minerals, magnesium, and antioxidants, it relaxes your muscles and tissues, helping you transition from the mind to the heart, from thinking to feeling. Cacao ceremonies invite you to return home to yourself, to realign and find balance. With deep gratitude to the Mayan ancestors, we honor their wisdom, teachings, and the profound connection to nature. Above all, we honor ourselves for the gifts we offer to the world.

It doesn't matter if it will be your first time, or hundredth time drinking cacao, you will be fully guided. P.S. It isn't a psychedelic.

Contra-indications for drinking cacao:
