Now, I've hosted over 5 retreats, supported over 1000 women, and built a community from scratch in a country I knew nothing about. My approach is based on Yoga Therapy, working with the breath, somatically with trauma informed practises. You're in the right place for some all round self care and well-being. 💪

January is here, and society puts this pressure of going into fast paced to do list checking again, but what does nature do? It continues its slowness and rest until Spring, so why not follow our deepest teacher instead?

This is why I would love to gift you a time of creation through being and feeling, to set yourself up for a Year intention that actually survivors until the end, not just for one month.

I invite you for a DAY RETREAT to set yourself up for success in 2024.

We will:
- move to rebalance the body into feeling light and energised
- meditate to reconnect with your true desires
- get creative with vision board creation workshop
- connect with others
- end with relaxation to enter the new intentions of the year with more calm & peace
