Ceremonial cacao is a remarkable heart-opening medicine that relaxes muscles and helps us connect with our emotions. What to Bring:
- Stay hydrated by bringing a bottle of water, as ceremonial cacao requires extra hydration.
- Bring a journal and pen to capture any insights or reflections.
- Optional: Feel free to bring something meaningful to add to our altar.

Preparation Tips:
- Avoid coffee at least 4 hours before the event and consider joining on an empty stomach if possible. If you need a light snack, that works too.

Contra-indications:
If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have high blood pressure or a heart condition, or use SSRIs antidepressants, please let me know at least 48 hours before the event.
