My approach is based on Yoga Therapy, working with the breath, somatically with trauma informed practises.

About Natalie:
Hey! I'm Natalie, 26 years old and I am happy to cover some of the classes for Paulina.
I practice Yoga since 2019, and since 2022 I'm a certified Yoga Teacher, certified in Bali. Teaching Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, as my main focus is to provide with a fun and safe Asana Practice, with a holistic approach of yoga and Ayurveda, not just on gymnastic movement.
I love to have fun & laugh a lot. As I am a very clumsy person there is no room for โfailureโ and probably youโll see me fall at a certain point of the class.

This isn't your usual Yoga Class, because we:
๐ smile, laugh and not take ourselves too seriously
๐ช move the body with intention, headstands aren't the goal
๐งโโ๏ธ with the right balance of sweat and stillness
๐ wear comfortable clothing, not tight 'lululemons'
๐ซ connect with tea afterwards ๐ซ
Combining neuroscience & spirituality for a holistic approach to wellbeing.

Paulina, a Yoga Teacher, Wellbeing Guide and a crazy neuroscience lover that's not afraid to stand up for what's not right. She will guide you in your flow, while always respecting consent, and your own needs. She understands you know your body best, and will always create a space that is loving, compassionate and curious. For you to leave the class feeling awakened, from all angles of yourself!

๐ค Respect your boundaries with our Consent Woodie for touch adjustments.
๐ Doors close at 19:30; please arrive early.
๐ Bring a journal, water bottle, and wear comfy clothing.
๐โโ๏ธ Tie your hair, remove jewellery, and turn off devices.
