This isn't your usual Yoga Class, because we:

Combining neuroscience and spirituality for a holistic approach to wellbeing.

This is NOT a class for those wanting to stand on your head - even though sometimes we practise headstands

This is NOT a class for those that donโ€™t want to meet others - come and say hi to me and others joining a community

This is A CLASS where you build inner strength, balance and peace of mind.

This is a CLASS that people who have never tried yoga or had bag experiences with yoga - bevause of my specific approach and expertise

This is Yoga Therapeutics not just a fitness class ๐Ÿ™

Paulina, a Yoga Teacher, Wellbeing Guide and a crazy neuroscience lover that's not afraid to stand up for what's not right. She will guide you in your flow, while always respecting consent, and your own needs. She understands you know your body best, and will always create a space that is loving, compassionate and curious. For you to leave the class feeling awakened, from all angles of yourself!

๐Ÿ•’ Doors close at 18:00; please arrive early.
๐Ÿ“ Bring a journal, water bottle, and wear comfy clothing.
