MIM is designed to bridge the gap between fitness, education, movement, and music. ๐งโโ๏ธ๐ถโจ
In this 60-minute class, we'll dive into a unique blend of neuroscience, dance, and rhythm.
Movement is Medicine is more than just exercise; it combines movement, music, and nervous system regulation techniques, to guide you into stress, tension, and emotion release.
Guided through a body-based meditation with a specially curated playlist featuring rhythmic genres like reggae, dancehall, house, drum and bass + more! ๐ต๐๐ง
Hereโs what you need:
- Wear comfy clothing
- Ensure plenty of space around you
- Cameras are optional but encouraged for a more connected experience ๐ธ๐ซ
