Description
Let's do it! ๐ From the 8th of April until the 6th of May each week on Friday 19:30 we will meet for a 60 minute practise to work on our strength ๐ช and flexibility, as well as the sprinkle of added bonus of mobility.
Break for the 15th of April for Easter Friday.
Not possible to drop in one week, commit to the 4 week journey only. ๐งโโ๏ธ

During these 60 minutes we will not only discover these aspects in our physical movement and physical practise, but also in our mind and soul. โจ
What is strength and flexibility OUTSIDE of the movement practise and your physical body? ๐ง
Each 60min class will involve - breath focus, movement, meditation and options journaling. ๐งโโ๏ธ
This journey limited to 12 people maximum.
Once a week you will also receive either a guided meditation clip or short movement practise to help you in between in person sessions as well.
4 week journey: โฌ65 exchange total ๐ต
no drop ins - if you cannot attend a class, you will receive a different class recording to do at home.
The Movement - Vinyasa part of the class is movement flowing with your breath, sometimes we go slower sometimes faster. I am guided intuitively based on how we all feel in the class to create a flow that suits us all. It is open to you if you are an experienced Yogi looking for more than just movement, and for you if you are just beginning your journey with movement.
*3G Rules apply - please provide proof on entrance to the studio
*Doors to the studio will close promptly at 19:30, please come earlier to get yourself settled in for a prompt start without rushing.
*Please bring with you a journal for the optional journaling at the end of the class.
*Wear comfortable clothing for movement, there are changing rooms and toilets in the studio, you can also bring a bottle of water with you.
