๐ December Theme: Kindness ๐
Through the practise of meditation, pranayama and asana movement we can focus our attention on kindness this month. ๐
๐ Class Highlights ๐
- ๐ 60 minutes class with a mix of meditation & pranayama.
- ๐งโโ๏ธ movement focusing on heart opening poses, both strengthening and relaxing.
- ๐ต stay for optional after class tea.
