Vinyasa meets you where you are and brings you home - which in today’s world means it takes you from a place of overwhelm where you’re going in a million directions at once, and leads you by the hand to the inner peace that is always within you.

This class focuses on organic movements and fluid, conscious flow. You will be guided to find harmony between your own rhythm and a powerful, strengthening practice.

House Rules:
- Please bring your own yoga mat. If you would like to use one of our mats, the cost is €3 (cash or pin).
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time.

Cancellation policy:
- You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before class starts. You must do this via the MomoYoga booking system.
- If you wish to swap your class from in-studio to online, you must do this via MomoYoga.
- If you have a Womanhood Unlimited Class Pass and fail to show up or cancel in time, you will be invoiced for the price of the class.

Zoom classes:
- You will receive an automatic email from MomoYoga 45 minutes before the start time with all the details to join the Zoom call.
- If you book a class within 45 minutes of the start time, you will not get an email, however you can find the link to the zoom class in the class description on MomoYoga.
