Pilates is a well-established technique to build strength and flexibility. It improves your lifestyle by helping you to connect body, mind and spirit.

When you do Pilates, you learn to move your body with more energy and pleasure, honouring and respecting your body and increasing your range of movements. You also strengthen and lengthen your muscles, creating more freedom in the joints and keeping your body healthy and active.

With our STOTT Pilates classes, you discover freedom in the way you move, experience more energy for your daily life, and a greater sense of wellbeing.

Classes given in English / Dutch.

House Rules:
- Please bring your own yoga mat. If you would like to use one of our mats, the cost is €3 (cash or pin).
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time.

Cancellation policy:
- You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before class starts. You must do this via the MomoYoga booking system.
- If you have a Womanhood Unlimited Class Pass and fail to show up or cancel in time, you will be invoiced for the price of the class.
