There is nothing so special as flying in our slings and practicing Yoga in the air in nature.
Discover how amazingly fun this workout can be, while your yoga practice gets a truly amazing twist 🙂 We will go as slow as you need, and take into account all condition levels, so feel free to join!!
Much like traditional yoga, Aerial Yoga is great for stress relief. Not only do you use poses and stretches common to other forms of yoga to relieve stress, but you also experience the joy of knowing that you did something new and exciting, which makes you feel good.
Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothes. To keep our hammocks safe and clean we kindly ask you to not wear clothing with buttons or zippers and dress with a T-shirt that covers your armpits.
To make the session even more pleasurable, refrain from eating and drinking at least 1 hour before the start of the class.
House Rules:
- Please bring your own yoga mat. If you would like to use one of our mats, the cost is €3 (cash or pin)
- Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the class start time.
Extra info:
- We advise that you do not eat or drink for at least an hour before the class.
- Class will be given in English.
- Men and women welcome.
In order to keep our yoga slings clean and sanitary, we ask that you kindly:
- Wear a shirt that covers your underarms (no vests, tank tops or spaghetti straps).
- Wear clothes with no zips or hooks that might damage the sling
