Pilates exercises are designed to coordinate movement and breath to work smaller surface muscles as well as core muscles. It helps to align your entire body and support your joints.

Being a low-impact exercise means that it is suitable for all ages and fitness levels… but don’t be fooled. The movements might look simple, they provide a serious workout for your muscles and your core. You will gain both strength and flexibility.

Pilates benefits include:
- Improved posture, balance and flexibility
- Decreased back pain
- Increased energy
- Decreases stress

House Rules:
- Please bring your own yoga mat. If you would like to use one of our mats, the cost is €4 (cash or pin).
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time.

Cancellation policy:
- You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before class starts. You must do this via the MomoYoga booking system.
- If you have a Womanhood Unlimited Class Pass and fail to show up or cancel in time, you will be invoiced for the price of the class.

All levels, men and women are welcome.
