Both Yoga and Pilates enhance flexibility. So just imagine having them both combined! The poses in class engage your arms, legs, neck and back for a workout that targets and stretches your entire body.

You can restore and strengthen your body, have fun with other mums while working on rehabilitation of the pelvis region.
Tami’s class encourages you to find a deeper physical awareness, assisting in the prevention of back pain whilst feeding, carrying and lifting your baby.
Don't forget to bring:

Ervaar hoe heerlijk het is om 'in the air' te aarden. Bij Aerial Yoga sta je vaak niet met beide benen op de grond. Sterker nog, je hangt vaak in de lucht en ook nog ondersteboven :-). Dit helpt je heerlijk en diep te ontspannen en de wereld op een ander perspectief te bekijken.

- Wij adviseren je om minimaal een uur voor de les niet te eten of te drinken.
- Mannen en vrouwen zijn welkom.

Your changing body and needs will be discussed between poses. There are no difficult or acrobatic poses during this class - only movements that are both gentle and safe for you and your baby.

In deze speelse Aerial yogales vliegen jullie samen in onze slings door de buitenruimte van Vakantiepark Delfste Hout! Het prachtige groene natuurgebied is geschikt om lekker samen buiten te bewegen. Door samen op een speelse manier mindful te bewegen, kun je betekenisvol het contact met jouw kind versterken. Een liefdevolle ouder-kind relatie én plezier, staan centraal bij deze yogales.
Ps. als het weer het niet toe laat om buiten te genieten, verplaatsen we de activiteit naar de studio.

Tijd voor groei, bewustzijn en een diepe verbinding met je kindje!
Ben je zwanger en heb jij behoefte om dieper in te tunen op het prachtige lichamelijke en spirituele proces dat je momenteel doormaakt en een diepe(re) verbinding aan te gaan met je ongeboren kindje(s)? Bij het Urban Pregnancy Yoga Retreat verwelkomen we alle zwangere vrouwen in elke fase van haar zwangerschap om samen die pure verbinding te versterken.
Zwangerschapsretreat
Tijdens het zwangerschapsretreat staat de zwangere vrouw centraal. Onder begeleiding van drie ervaren docenten wordt er intentievol stil gestaan bij wat er tijdens deze reis op jouw pad komt op emotioneel en lichamelijk gebied.
Door middel van verschillende sessies als meditatie, mindfulness, vrouwencirkels en yoga ondersteunen we jou om het proces waar je in zit nog verder te omarmen en de spirituele band tussen jou en jouw kindje te vergroten. Je ontvangt tools, begeleiding, een groep met gelijkgestemden en ondersteuning zodat je je enorm gedragen voelt om die persoonlijke groei door te maken.
Programma
De deuren van de studio openen om 09.45 uur waar we jou warm zullen verwelkomen. We geven je de tijd om even rust aan te komen en te landen. Om 10.00 uur zullen we gezamenlijk van start gaan. In de middag wordt er een heerlijke en vegetarische lunch verzorgd. De kleurrijke ingrediënten symboliseren de aandacht die je mag geven aan het voeden van jouw lichaam en dat van jouw ongeboren kindje.
Om 17.30 uur zullen we dag met aandacht voor het geleerde en het uitdelen van een prachtige goodiebag samen afsluiten.

Het Urban Pregnancy Yoga Retreat vindt plaats op zondag 28 mei van 09.45 uur tot 17.30 uur. Het retreat wordt georganiseerd in onze Womanhood studio in Delft. Onder begeleiding van drie ervaren docenten nemen we je mee op een reis door jouw zwangerschap, innerlijke groei en diepere connectie met jouw ongeboren kindje.
Tarief
De investering voor het Urban Pregnancy Yoga Retreat bedraagt €250. Dit is inclusief vegetarische lunch, een fantastische goodiebag en een onvergetelijke dag speciaal voor jou en jouw ongeboren kindje.
