Get yourself all set up to slow down and to restore in the coziness of your own home.
This Hatha Gentle class is all about releasing, calming down the nervous system and getting into that peaceful space right before going to bed.
We will hold the poses longer and you will get guidance in how to lengthen and deepen the breath. This way you create space for yourself to connect and ground yourself more which can lead to more insights, better understanding and a feeling of wholeness.
The Hatha Gentle was one of Studio Yama's favourite classes. Now this class will be back every two weeks as it was highly requested by Studio Yama's students ^_^. Feel all welcome to join this comforting and relaxing yoga class to connect with ourselves and each other.
Online class tips:
* Make sure you can roll out your mat in a quiet space in the house.
* Make it more cozy by lightening some candles.
* Get into your comfi clothes and have some pillows and a blanket close.
* As we turn of sound you can have some nice and relaxing background music if that's suiting to you.
* Afterwards there's some time to chat, so in case you like prepare a thermoscan with some tea.
