Angelique Pratten
Angelique received her first 350 HR certification in 2016 in Hatha Yoga. She continued her education and experience by training in Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. Angelique runs regular classes and events as well as participating in Kirtan events in the Lake Macquarie and Hunter region.

This class is suitable for all ages.
A deliciously slow yet powerful practise designed to support the parasympathetic nervous system.
Expect to explore:
gentle movement to build strength and support mobility and balance (asana)
guided breath work to unite the body and mind experience (pranayama)
meditation to support mental health and function
We may use chairs during some classes, along with other props which are provided by the studio.
