We will begin our day with an energizing heart opening flow with optional hands on assists.
Next we will enjoy a grounding energetic Reiki treatment that will lead into a Yoga Nidra for hope and growth in the new year.

We will break for lunch on your own for one hour. You can enjoy many of the local restaurants and cafes in Del Ray or feel free to bring lunch with you.

Following lunch you will be taken through a guided meditation and visualization to open to new and infinite possibilities!
We will spend time creating a crystal grid with a focus on protecting, healing, and strengthening the energy of the heart. Then we will create a map of our goals for the year to come!
We will also make personalized oil rollers to support the heart and third eye chakra.

Our afternoon will conclude with a Yin and Restorative practice, followed by mantra, and closing meditation.
