Liat will guide you through the Yin Yoga which consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body.
Holding these poses helps the body to gain more flexibility, mobility, and helps relieve tension.

The Acupuncture will be given by
Licensed Acupuncturist Peter Liebenthal.
He will be using a four point Auricular
treatment that helps reduce stress and anxiety.

These two practices will leave you
Fully relaxed and in a state of bliss!

There is room for 12 participants.
