If you wonder what is chakra and would like to join me for a yoga practice to balance your chakras, book yourself for this Saturday workshop. We will begin with a short talk about chakras and how they affect our body, health, life. Then we will relax for 15 minutes guided meditation before our asana practice to balance and open our chakras.
