Support the health and wellbeing of your mind and body with a yoga practice to relax, soothe and unwind the mind, breath & body.

Find sanctuary with a nurturing & nourishing practice of yin and restorative yoga. We begin with a calming and cooling yin yoga practice for the Summer heart and small intestine meridians with a focus on gentle back bends, twists, & side bends. We then experience a deeply nourishing, restful, and relaxing restorative yoga practice which includes a guided body relaxation.

Bolsters, blankets & eye pillows are provided plus a welcoming herbal tea on arrival.

This two hour class is designed to improve your feeling of being-well and help to release strains, stiffness & tiredness and provides the mind and body with peace, vitality and restoration.

This class is part of our Sunday Sanctuary Sessions. Class is £19. Beginners are most welcome.

Please arrive from 12:45pm & bring your own yoga mat (we have spares). You may wish to bring your own blanket too. Please kindly note that no late admittance is permitted.
