Description
Support the health and well-being of your mind and body with an immersion into Yin Yoga.

Summer is represented by the element of Fire and is connected with the meridians of the heart & small intestines. We will practice a mindful, calming & somatic yin yoga practice with a focus on gentle back bends, twists & side bends. This will be followed by a deeply nourishing & restful guided relaxation in supported Savasana accompanied by soft, gentle & relaxing sounds of crystal bowls & Koshi chimes.

Bolsters, blankets & eye pillows are provided plus a welcoming herbal tea on arrival.

This class is part of our Sunday Sanctuary Sessions. Class is £19.

Please arrive from 12:45pm & bring your own yoga mat (we have spares). You may wish to bring your own blanket too. Please kindly note that no late admittance is permitted.
