Description
Support the health and well-being of your mind and body with a Somatic and Restorative Yoga practice to relax, soothe and unwind the mind, breath & body.

This class begins with Somatics - subtle, soft & slow floor based embodied movements which cultivate greater mind-body awareness and help release chronic tensions, strains and stresses.

This is followed by a restorative yoga practice which facilitates deep conscious and constructive rest supported by pillows, bolsters & blankets.

The class is designed to improve your feeling of wellbeing & provides the mind and body with equanimity, vitality and restoration through gentle movement and deep rest.

Bolsters, blankets & eye pillows are provided plus a welcoming herbal tea on arrival.

This class is part of our Sunday Sanctuary Sessions. Class is £19.

Please arrive from 12:45pm & bring your own yoga mat (we have spares). You may wish to bring your own blanket too. Please kindly note that no late admittance is permitted.
