This class is a hybrid class and will also run Live from the Arlington. Best of both worlds!

Yin is a slower yoga practice. The poses are held for several minutes to enable deep release of the connective tissue and to apply safe, nourishing, stress to the joints. Sometimes intense, sometimes relaxing, the process is a wonderful balance to a dynamic yoga practice. It promotes flexibility in the body and resilience in the mind.
