Marjolein is originally from the Netherlands and now based with her family in Aotearoa. She began her yoga journey in The Netherlands with a classical hatha training and continued following trainings and teaching classes around the world. She have completed Yoga Alliance registered trainings in classical hatha yoga, pre-and postnatal yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra and transformational yoga. She is a sincere yoga lover, dedicated mum, travel addict, foodie and nature lover at heart... Passionate about inspiring others to improve their wellbeing and live a joyful life.

Prenatal Yoga // Bloom with Your Baby in this special season of your life.

These classes are designed to meet you where you are in your pregnancy.
Join a small group of fellow mamas-to-be. Prenatal Yoga not only helps you to nurture your changing body, but also prepares your for birth and postpartum.

Each week we work with a different theme around the entire pregnancy continuum, that can be; trust in one own’s abilities, optimal baby positioning, breath tools, birth, and preparation for postpartum.

The classes include:
- Postures to support your pregnancy and optimal baby positioning
- Gentle Prenatal flows to bring ease to your body
- Breath exercises for relaxation and to prepare for birth
- Relaxation tools, like Yoga Nidra
- Lifestyle integration for a harmonious life during your pregnancy and your journey into motherhood

The class is limited to 8 mama's-to-be.

Yoga mats and props are all provided. Just bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
