Description
Māmā Revive // Every Thursday evening at Yoga Roots is an intimate night in for busy mama's.
A sweet and savoury mix between
flow and restorative
strength and softness
movement and stillness
We start with fluidly moving with intention. Connecting body, mind and breath in cohesive slow flow sequences of sun salutations, warrior poses, spinal twists, hips and heart openers.
To strengthen your body and iron out the creases of a busy week. Followed by soothing restorative yoga, to connect deeply within and honour your needs.
During the whole class you will be using and releasing internal energy and allowing the body's cues to take over to guide your pace, dept, expansion and mind and heart set.
The intention of the Māmā Revive space is an embodied experience to acknowledge, appreciate and hold each woman, each mother.
To sit,
In circle,
Be guided,
First into strength,
Followed by softening,
Melt into relaxation,
To arrive home,
In your body,
Your home.
Join your Māmā yoga village.
Whatever season of motherhood you are in.
