Class description:
Connect the breath with movements. Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of yoga. It is a powerful way to move your body to purify your physical body and clear your mind.This class is supporting you to build physical strength and to prepare your body for more stronger asanas.

In Vinyasa you flow from posture to posture throughout the class and finish with a deep relaxation at the end.

This class is facilitated by Saskia Davies from My Chi Body and Mind. Saskia is local to Torbay and is a Holistic Wellness Practitioner and offers yoga, massage, nutrition and coaching from her own My Chi clinic space in Torbay.

Saskia rents the Yoga Roots studio on Monday's night to hold her popular Gentle Vinyasa Flow classes with us.

This gentle postnatal classes are designed to allow you to nurture & restore yourself after pregnancy and birth. This includes yoga specifically to help realign the body, which is helpful post pregnancy. Because of the extra stresses placed on the body with breast feeding and carrying your new bub, the class can help ease tension in all koshas (physical, emotional and mental body).

Different vibrational sounds/music will be played for what is required at that time. Due to the specific vibrations of the sound it helps people to feel closer to their body and energy, receiving messages of guidance or healing within the body received during the session.

Some sessions are interactive, but mostly it's a time for stillness, allowing love to wash into and over them. Expressing and sharing afterwards assists with cross-healing and natural activation if the person is ready and open.

This is a great way to gently move into your Being as the weeks go by, people notice the difference.
