Designed for complete beginners, but also suitable for those who want to revisit the foundations of yoga postures, pranayama and relaxation.

- Basic alignments, use of props, synchronise movement/breath
- The basics of Flow, using Sun Salutations
- Standing poses
- Seated postures
- Pranayama; how to use breathing practices to energise or relax
- We'll put everything together in a full practice
- Introduction to Yoga Nidra

Prenatal Yoga // Bloom with Your Baby in this special season of your life.

These classes are designed to meet you where you are in your pregnancy.
Join a small group of fellow mamas-to-be. Prenatal Yoga not only helps you to nurture your changing body, but also prepares your for birth and postpartum.

Each week we work with a different theme around the entire pregnancy continuum, that can be; trust in one own’s abilities, optimal baby positioning, breath tools, birth, and preparation for postpartum.

Yoga Roots offers lighthearted Outdoor Morning Yoga classes for beginners and beyond.

Nurture yourself in Nature in our beautiful Long Bay Regional park
Nature offers a beautiful container to connect with the elements around. Cultivating the relationship between your inner nature and outer nature.

Each class is 75 min. The first 45 min are more yang, energising and activating. The last 30 min more yin, focussed on deep relaxation through restorative yoga.

What to bring:
- Yoga Mat or Towel
- Water to hydrate afterwards
- Optional: hat, sunglasses, sunscreen
- Layers of clothes

Location:
This class will take place in Long Bay Regional Park at site 5, next to the large undercover area.

The classes are open for drop-in attendance and can be pre-booked via momoyoga.
