Sivananda Yoga is based on Sivananda's teachings to synthesise the principles of the four classical paths of yoga along with the five points of yoga compiled by Swami Vishnu Devananda that can be easily incorporated into daily life which are-
Proper Exercise (āsana), Proper Breathing (prāṇāyāma), Proper Relaxation (śavāsana), Proper Diet and Positive Thinking (vedānta) and Meditation (dhyāna)
You will be guided through yogic breathing, the basic session asana, using the hammocks for inversions as a support.
