Join Nichi and Luca for this special event and celebrate the turning of the season with a wonderful sound bath of cello, voice and electronic vibrations.
Nichi will lead you through a guided relaxation for the first part of the session so that you are deeply relaxed for the Sound Bath experience. The venue is a very unique space for live music- especially voice and strings. Sound really travels and resonates beautifully- It is just perfect for these events. Sound can help us heal on a very deep level, shift our mood and help us process our experiences. Nichi will serve Cacoa and vegan cake at the end of the session. Please bring pillows, blankets and anything you need to help you feel comfortable. Everyone welcome.
