Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior classes are perfect for busy people with just an hour to practice. This fast-paced, invigorating class is a great way to get in shape.

The class follows a fixed sequence in a vinyasa style, including asana warm-up, chanting, intention-setting, surya namaskar, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, meditation, and relaxation. The teacher keeps the pace moving without stopping for spiritual discourses, and the consistent sequence helps students quickly learn the routine.

Ideal for intermediate and advanced students, beginners with a sense of adventure are also welcome!
