A fluid flow to wake you up and get you ready for your day. Embodied movements are linked together seamlessly with conscious breathing.

The pace and intensity varies week to week and there is always an invitation for you to challenge yourself in a healthy and supportive atmosphere.

As this class is hosted online you will need your own mat and any props that are available to you. A couple of blocks or books will be useful.
