KARO TAK
Meet Karo! She brings a sense of adventure and an open heart to her classes, inspiring students to dive deep and enjoy the journey. She brings 12 years of dedicated practice and continuous learning to the mat. She is a 800 hr yoga teacher trained in both Jivamukti and Yogasana. She holds her teachers close and spends a lot of time with her teacher Stewart Gilchrist (East London School of Yoga) in London.
She acts and speaks from a place of realness and authenticity using the means of yoga and yoga philosophy as her platform. She strives to take students on a yoga trip to SELF REALISATION through a lot of sweat, laughter and sometimes tears. Karo teaches s...
