Description

A 2 hour reset for body and mind. You'll start with a series of Restorative postures aligned with the season. This will help shift your control nervous system into a state of rest and digest (parasympathetic), away from fight and flight (sympathetic). This is rounded out with a guided Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath, followed by refreshments from Good Roots in Wanaka. All levels welcome. All equipment supplied.
