Prana Vinyasa Flow is based on soft movements and finding your flow in both breathing and movements. A Prana Vinyasa Flow class is a dynamic type of yoga where different postures (asanas) are linked together in a flexible way. The movements are synchronized with the breath to create presence and deepen your awareness.

It is a fun, strengthening and varied way to practice yoga where music is a big part. You are guided through the session and do yoga according to your conditions.

Prana Vinyasa Flow is a form of yoga developed by the American yogini Shiva Rea and originates from the teachings of Krishnamacharya, bhakti, ayurveda, somatics and yoga teacher Shiva Rea's own experiences.
