This class will focus on hip exercise. We will train the basic directions of hip mobility to thoroughly relax the hip joints and increase the flexibility of the hip joints in all directions of hip mobility.
The hip joint is one of the largest joints in the human body and plays an important role in connecting the upper body and lower body. Lack of flexibility from the hip will cause a lot of problems in the hip itself and also in the lower back.
This class is suitable for all levels of participants, especially for those who have a sedentary lifestyle and who may have complaints about the hip and lower back in daily life.
** What If you can not attend the class on site but you do not want to miss this practice? Don’t worry!
This class is now also possible to attend through online Teams. What you need is a quiet space, one yoga mat, and maybe two yoga blocks(if not have it's not a problem!).
