Universal Yoga (UY) is a yoga tradition which sticks to the traditional concept of authentic yoga and unifies several existing classic yoga traditions, particularly Hatha yoga and Himalayan vinyasa, in one comprehensive system.
In UY class participants will be guided through the specially designed sequence, which integrates creatively asanas, vinyasa, pranayama, and the space element in one perfectly balanced sequence. The class is oriented to creating balance on all layers of self(physical, energetic, emotional and mental). The primary goal of practice is not only to rebalance physical body, but also to target one's internal concentration, which finally contributes to the development of self-awareness and personal growth.
There are different levels of UY classes in Yoga Delft. No matter witch level of the class you attend, in class you will anyway receive individual guidance according to your capabilities. Through regular practice, you will expect not only obviously to improve the agility of the physical body, but also to develop better body awareness and improve mind concentration.
