TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE NOTE:
Applys to online classes / class replays and in-person classes & events :
1. Please consult your medical practitioner prior to practicing yoga and always move within a pain free zone. It is the student's responsibility to take care of him/herself during their practice and to ensure that the space is clear of any obstruction.
2. You should consult a physician prior to enrolling to practise yoga or meditation if concerned. Otherwise you fully assume the physical risk of your physical condition, past and current medical issues/injuries/illness or medication that may affect you taking this class. You understand that these classes are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment nor is the teacher held responsible.
3. We strongly advise that if a student is pregnant, that they attend a tailored pregnancy yoga classes suitable only from 15wks as our yoga classes are not suitable during pregnancy.
4. Online classes cannot be refunded once a course of classes has begun. The cancellation window for online classes and workshops is 24hours.
CANCELLATION WINDOW FOR IN-PERSON EVENTS / CLASS IS 48 HOURS so to give us time to sell a booked place on to another student. No refunds available.
WAIVER:
Upon booking our classes, you are accepting that neither the teachers, Yoga Essence and its owners or class venues are liable for any injury to self, or damages, to person or property, resulting from taking the class or in the future and you use the premises at your own risk for classes and workshops, you waive any claim against Yoga Essence or venues for injury or damage that you may suffer as a result of participating in the said online/in-person classes or workshops.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
By purchasing class pass or membership and attending our classes/workshops for either online or in-person with Yoga Essence, you are accepting the full terms and conditions as outlined here and on our website www.yogaessence.ie.

Please note upon registering on Momoyoga with Yoga Essence, you are automatically OPTED IN to our Mailing list. You have the option to opt out at anytime.
