In this class you get a little bit of everything yoga has to offer.

We start by connecting with the body and breath, then doing classic sun salutation or a variation to warm up, different poses one by one to strengthen, stretch and mobilize, and ending with a relaxation. There are small pauses in between and time to explore the asanas/poses. A great class for beginners, and for intermediate yogis to touch base.
