Description
This session will be a cover /
A gentle, mindful but strong hatha practice. Working with the breath to connect mind to body. This session is open to all levels, regardless of your ability or your experience. The hatha asana ( posture ) is here to softly engage your focus, in the hope to allow you to cultivate a sense of balance within.
Using props to create a stronger foundation in the posture, with the aim to help you find your comfort there too. With guided cues inviting you to adjust, use your breath, strengthen or relax.
Ending the session with Tibetan sound bowls to guide you into a restorative shavasna ( corpse pose ) with the intention of opening space for some deep relaxation. ( or afternoon nap ! )
Hatha Yoga explores posture and breath through being centred, grounded and calm, giving us a chance to explore the body/mind connection. Open all levels, expect moments of intensity as well as space for restorative mind-body connection.
