Shahana is a dedicated yoga teacher and trainer who approaches life as an evolving work of art. Her practice intertwines mindfulness, movement, and creative exploration. Through her teachings, she guides others to explore their inner landscapes, helping them cultivate balance, grace, and a deep connection to themselves and the world. She encourages her students to find harmony both on and off the mat. Her teachings incorporate the dynamic movements of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket Yoga and Mandala Vinyasa and the restorative and healing features of Yin and Nature's Rhythm Yoga. With a deep belief in living authentically, Shahana draws inspiration from the world around her, blending the principles of yoga with the fluidity of artistic expression. You'll also find her out in nature and at the allotment growing food and exploring different ways to play and interact with her environment, community, family and friends.

Description

Wind down stretch and slow flow - this session will start with movement and end in stillness and more grounded postures to allow a nervous system reset. A perfect way to slide into the weekend and leave the week behind you. Let go, let flow.
