PRANAYAMA BREATHWORK / MANTRA & MOVEMENT - exploring these aspects of yoga set in the summer evening gardens before Sunset.

This is a collaborative session lead by Kiran and Spoorthi, with David Edward of Magic Tree Collective and Rhianna, on vocals and violin, to wrap you in sound and good vibrations. There will be traditional practices to explore self, tools for shifting mind-body relationships, creative intentions and space to explore how we invoke energy, mindset and mysticism into ourselves to enrich our lives and give more of our true nature to all that surrounds us.
