Join Bella for a deep rest Yin with Yoga Nidra and Tibetan Bowls. Yin yoga postures work as an acupressure. The yin practice sits between challenge and deep rest. Postures are held for 3 minutes or more to help create more of an opening to the connective tissues and joints.
Yoga Nidra is the practice of going into a deep meditative/ sleep like state whilst remaining conscious or partly conscious. Aimed to help deeply relax the nervous system by being led through a body scan/ finding your intention ( sankalpa ) and using rapid visualisation techniques to help reconnecting back to the body. The Nidra will be accompanied by sound bath with Tibetan Bowls.

There will be space for chai and chats after the session.
