Join Swas for an exploration into advancing your practice and playing with new elements. The session will be creatively fluid and free, and Swas will draw on her lifetime of yoga practice to help you find pathways to develop your connection.

Swas (Swagatika Senapati) is a senior teacher having grown up in the heartland of yoga and studied yoga, through her grandfather, her guru and through bachelors degree and then Masters degree in Calcutta, and well as through self-study. Swas connects her practice through spirit and inward vision, and will shape the class for all levels but with an opportunity to explore new horizons and more advanced practices. The session will be loosely Ashtanga based, intuitively guided.
