About myself Hi I’m Sonia, I’ve been Teaching yoga since 2017. I like to combine different styles of teaching that I have acquired over the years from Vinyasa flow, yoga Therapy and Gravity yoga, with the intention to bring a sense of oneness and connectedness for the students to experience.
